My favorite way to make a chia seed smoothie—with mangoes! This chia seed smoothie recipe is sweet, refreshing and satisfying. Made with just 4 ingredients.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 26 drops liquid monkfruit or stevia, I used 4 since my mangoes weren’t sweet

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: mango, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and sweetener, if using.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more sweetener to taste and blend again, if desired.
  3. Pour into cups, and enjoy immediately!
