Refreshing mint and cool, filtered water combine for an easy, 2-minute recipe for hydrating Mint Water!

  • ¾ cup fresh mint leaves, divided
  • 10 cups cold, filtered water

  1. Add ¼ cup (half of the mint) mint leaves to a clean pitcher. Using a muddler, muddle the mint to release aromatic mint oils. Muddle mint about halfway.
  2. Add the rest of the mint and the cold water. Stir to combine.
  3. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Stir before serving. Enjoy!
