Air Fryer Nachos has layers of crispy tortilla chips, creamy nacho cheese, spicy jalapeños, juicy tomatoes, and oodles of cheese! My favorite! Like movie nachos and restaurant nachos all in one.
Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper with excess flaps for lifting—this will help you pull out the nachos once done. Or, use an air fryer basket liner.
Create a single layer of tortilla chips in the lined basket. Drop and spread small dollops of nacho cheese over the chips, dot with jalapeños, then sprinkle with cheese. Repeat until all chips, jalapeños, and cheeses are used. I got two layers.
Set the air fryer to 325°F and cook for 4-7 minutes (I did 6 minutes), until heated throughout and cheese is melted.
Pinching the flaps of the parchment paper, carefully pull out the nachos, placing them on a serving plate. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños over nachos.
