This amazing Apple Monkey Bread recipe has warm cinnamon sugar apples & buttery sweet caramel glazed biscuit pieces. The best apple fritter monkey bread!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together ¼ cup sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in medium bowl. Add apples, stirring and folding until well coated. Set aside.
Add ½ cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon to a gallon zip bag, seal and shake until well mixed. Using a pizza cutter, cut biscuits into quarters and drop into bag. Shake until biscuits are well coated.
Thoroughly grease a 12-cup bundt pan. Creating even layers, place half the apples into the pan, then half of the biscuits. Repeat. Discard leftover biscuit sugar.
Melt brown sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Stirring frequently, cook until the two ingredients become one cohesive liquid, like caramel (no separate yellow layer of butter on top). Pour evenly over biscuits.
Bake for 42-46 minutes, until deep golden brown and cooked in the center.* Cool in pan for 10 minutes on a cooling rack. Cover with a plate, then hold both securely with oven mitts and turn over onto the plate, tapping the pan to loosen. Enjoy!

Notes
*Test for doneness: use a fork to carefully pull a piece out of the center, tear in half to check for raw dough (a sign it’s not cooked).
