Crispy, crunchy, drenched in white chocolate! This recipe for Bunny Bait is a yummy sweet & salty snack mix made with cereal, salty pretzels and peanuts, and oodles of pastel pink, green, purple, and blue Easter M&M’s. Bunny bait for the Easter Bunny is the best Easter bunny bait Chex mix!
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a very large bowl, stir together Cheerios, rice Chex, peanuts, pretzels, and 2 cups Easter M&M’s.
Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second increments, cooking and stirring until smooth.
Pour white chocolate over the dry mix. Stir and fold until well coated. Pour bunny bait onto the baking sheet, spreading into an even layer. Quickly sprinkle and press 1 cup Easter M&M’s onto the melted white chocolate.
Place sheet in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes, until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
