Coconut Pineapple Fluff Salad Recipe
An easy tropical no bake dessert: Pineapple Fluff Salad recipe! Made with pineapple, coconut, Cool Whip, and pudding, this creamy treat tastes like piña colada. Just like grandma's old fashioned pineapple fluff. Fluff salad with pineapple is great for summer picnics, Easter dessert, and so much more.

Ingredients
Pineapple Fluff
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple do not drain
- 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 ounce Cool Whip thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together crushed pineapple with juices and instant pudding mix.
- Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Stir in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve in bowls topped with marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits, and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
