Extra Dirty Martini
An extra, extra dirty martini made with loads of olive brine, vodka or gin and dry vermouth for a super fun cocktail hour!

Ingredients
Extra Dirty Martini
- 2 ½ ounces vodka or gin
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- ¾ to 1 ½ ounces olive brine olive juice from jarred olives
Garnish
- Two olive skewers to make it extra dirty!
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka or gin, dry vermouth, and ¾ ounce olive brine, or more to taste. 1 ½ ounces makes your extra dirty martini very, very dirty!
- Shake until chilled throughout.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an olive skewer or two. ;)
