unsalted butter

raw jumbo shrimp
peeled and deveined, tails on

teaspoon
garlic salt
salt
to taste
black pepper
freshly ground, to taste

garlic
minced

lemon
juiced (about 2-3 tablespoons)
1-2
tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Bring a large pan with butter to medium high heat. Once butter melts, add shrimp,
garlic salt
, salt, pepper.
Stirring occasionally, cook on one side for 2-3 minutes.
Flip, then cook until shrimp is pink and no longer translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
Remove from heat. Serve with the sauce from the pan, topped with fresh parsley. Great with
