Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate or do the following: add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second increments. Stir in between each round, melting until smooth.
Spread melted chocolate into an even layer on the baking sheet.
Dot with toppings, pressing them into the chocolate.
Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes, or until firm.
Transfer to the counter to allow to reach room temperature for easier slicing. Cut into pieces. Enjoy!
