Instructions
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a medium bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
While whisking, gradually drizzle in oil, mixing until emulsified.
Store balsamic dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Shake vigorously before using.
