Spicy ‘n sweet, this Honey Teriyaki Salmon is deliciously made with only 5 ingredients! Sweet honey and spicy chili meld wonderfully with teriyaki in this easy oven baked salmon recipe. Easy 15 min recipe.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, teriyaki sauce, honey, and sambal oelek. Whisk well, until oil is fully combined with all other ingredients.
Using a silicone cooking brush, coat a 9-inch square baking dish in oil. Using tongs, place salmon fillets skin-side down onto the pan dish. Leave some room in between each filet to allow even cooking.
Pour the sauce evenly over the fillets. Use the same cooking brush to coat the sides and tops of the fillets in sauce.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, until flaky and the salmon can easily separate from the skin.* Mine took 12 Min. Serve immediately with rice, veggies, and more. Pour excess sauce over fillets.

Notes
Air Fryer Directions: 360°F for about 12 minutes.
*The USDA recommends cooking salmon to an internal temperature of 145°F in the thickest part. I find that 120-130°F yields the tenderest, flaky salmon. It’s up to you!
