Add all Jungle Bird Cocktail Ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice: blackstrap rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and demerara syrup.
Shake until very chilled and well mixed.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, pineapple leaves, and maraschino cherry on a skewer.
