1cupunsweetened milk – you can substitute some of the milk with a splash of orange juice for added sweetness and flavor.
¼cupvanilla yogurt
Optional
1-3drops stevia or liquid monkfruit for sweetness
Instructions
Add mangoes, pineapple, milk, and yogurt into a high speed blender. You can also substitute some of the milk with orange juice for extra sweetness and an added bright, citrusy flavor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Then, add sweetener if needed and blend until well incorporated.
Pour into two smoothie glasses and enjoy!
