FOR THE PEPPERMINT MARTINI
Ingredients
2ozchocolate liqueur or white chocolate liqueur
2ozcrème de menthe
2ozcreamervanilla, optional
FOR THE GARNISH
Whipped cream
Candy cane sprinkles
Red sanding sugar
Mini candy canes
Instructions
For the Rim
Pick Option #1 or Option #2. Then, dip the rim of the martini glass in chocolate syrup or red cookie frosting. Next, dip the sticky rim into a rimmed, shallow plate filled with red sugar and/or candy canes.
For the Peppermint Martini
Add all peppermint martini Ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice: chocolate liqueur, crème de menthe, and creamer.
Shake until well mixed and chilled.
Strain into candy cane-rimmed glass.
For the Garnish
Top martini with whipped cream, candy cane sprinkles and a sprinkle of red sugar. Then, hook one or two mini candy canes onto the rim of the glass.
