Pistachio Fluff Recipe with Pineapple
Airy and lightly sweet, this Pistachio Fluff Recipe with pineapple is a beautiful and easy retro no bake dessert. Made with pistachio pudding, pineapples, and Cool Whip, this watergate salad recipe is a delight!

Ingredients
Pistachio Fluff Salad
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple do not drain
- 3.4 ounce box pistachio instant pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup to 1 cup chopped pecans or other nuts depending on preference – I used 1 cup for nuttiness, use less if desired
- 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
Toppings
- Dollop of Cool Whip
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together pineapple with juices and instant pudding mix.
- Fold in marshmallows and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Serve in dessert bowls with a dollop of Cool Whip and a cherry on top. Enjoy!
