Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl make gochujang salmon marinade bywhisking together gochujang, honey, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until fully combined.
Mist a 9-inch square baking dish in oil. Place salmon fillets, skin-side down into the pan, uncrowded for even cooking. Mist with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 6 minutes.
Whisk the gochujang salmon marinade again, then pour evenly over fillets, coating every inch. Set oven to broil and broil for 4-6 minutes, until tender and glazed. Serve with rice and veggies, topped with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
