Instructions
Add honey and water to a small or
medium saucepan
set over low heat—you just want to heat up the water and honey, not boil it.
Whisking slowly, cook until honey completely dissolves and the mixture lightens up a bit—about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Storing Instructions
: Store honey syrup in an airtight container for about 1 month.
