3 Ingredient Oreo Truffles have creamy, soft Oreo-packed cake ball centers enrobed in luscious white chocolate, topped with cookie crumbs. These white chocolate Oreo balls are easy to make and no bake, packed with Oreo and cream cheese filling.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and blend until crushed into crumbs, with no whole pieces remaining. Reserve 2 tablespoons in a separate bowl.
Add cream cheese into a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth. Add Oreo crumbs and beat on low speed until you get a wet, soft sand-like mixture. Switch to folding with a spatula until you get a cohesive dough.
Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop balls of “dough” onto the sheet. Using your hands, roll into smooth spheres. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add white chocolate candy melts to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments, stirring in between each one, until smooth.
Dip Oreo balls in white chocolate to coat, dripping off excess. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Top with reserved Oreo crumbs.
Allow to set for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
