Oreo Cake Balls – No Bake Recipe Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies – use regular Oreos, not mega stuf or double stuf which will have too much creme filling for the right consistency
  • Cream cheese – use brick-style and soften to room temperature
  • White chocolate candy melts – candy wafers (or melts) work best in making cream cheese and Oreo truffles, but you can use white chocolate chips and a little coconut oil for easier melting in a pinch, like in double chocolate peppermint bark

These Oreo Truffles check all the boxes – unbelievably easy, gorgeous to look at and absolutely delicious! I even used gluten free Oreos (yes they exist!) and they worked perfectly. Most of them were gobbled up before dinner was served! Thanks for such a great recipe!
