Ingredients
Air Fryer Salmon Bites
1lbsalmon filletsabout 4 4-oz salmon fillets
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonsalt or to taste
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsmoked or sweet paprika
½teaspoondried thyme
¼teaspoondried cayenne pepper
¼teaspoonground black pepper or more to taste

Lemon wedges

Other seasonings to try:

Instructions
If needed, preheat air fryer to 400F. Skip if preheat isn’t necessary.
Remove skin from salmon and slice into 1-inch chunks. Place into a medium mixing bowl.
Drizzle salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, cayenne, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place salmon bites in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Leave room between each bite for even cooking. Spray salmon bites with cooking spray.
Cook for 5-8 minutes. Mine took 6 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges, steamed veggies and sauces like ranch dressing or tartar sauce.
