My favorite way to make a chia seed smoothie—with mangoes! This chia seed smoothie recipe is sweet, refreshing and satisfying. Made with just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

cup
frozen mango chunks
1
cup
unsweetened milk of your choice
¼
cup
yogurt of choice
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
2-6
drops
liquid monkfruit
or stevia, I used 4 since my mangoes weren’t sweet
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender: mango, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and sweetener, if using.
Blend until smooth. Add more sweetener to taste and blend again, if desired.
Pour into cups, and enjoy immediately!
