Ingredients
Mango Smoothie

cup
frozen mangoes
1
cup
milk of choice*
¼
cup
vanilla yogurt of choice**
Optional
2-6
drops
liquid stevia or
liquid monkfruit
for sweetness
I used 5 drops because my mangoes were barely sweet.
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a
personal blender
: mangoes, milk and yogurt. If you like your smoothie sweeter, add a few drops of
liquid stevia
or
liquid monkfruit
.
Blend until smooth and creamy.

*I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk. You can use your preferred/favorite milk. :)
