Happy Thanksgiving! How quickly does this season pass by? It’s fast, festive, and full of wonderful surprises at every turn. Mostly sweet ones. 😉 Okay, now it sounds like I have some kind of announcement, which I totally don’t. Haha.
I just wanted to pop in on this day of thanks, of showing gratitude, and tell you that I’m grateful for you. It’s only our 3rd Thanksgiving here on Beaming Baker, but in some ways it feels like no time at all, and in others, it feels like a lifetime. I guess that’s what happens when you’re having fun, growing, getting to know people around the world, and sharing in so many wonderful kitchen stories.
Thank you for being a part of the Beaming Baker community. It’s amazing to be a part of your life—making, eating, baking, and giggling our way through cookies, quick breads, muffins, and more.
Erik and I wish you a warm, love- and laughter-filled Thanksgiving. I hope you’re somewhere safe and happy with the ones you love. Here’s to baking our way through the tastiest months of the year!

Happy Thankgiving to you and your family Demeter. I just want to thank you for all your wonderful receipes I have tried several of them and they are awesome. Bless you for taking time convert favorite receipes for people who have gluten tolerance. They are delicious and you can’t taste the difference. Thank you again..
