Cream Cheese Clam Dip Recipe Ingredients
- Cream cheese – be sure to use brick-style cream cheese and soften it to room temperature
- Clams – use a convenient 6.5 ounce can of minced clams and save the juice to help thin out the dip as desired
- Lemon – we love using this stainless steel lemon squeezer to juice the fresh, bright juice for a spectacular dip
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon adds just enough flavor to cut the creaminess
- Garlic – jarred minced garlic is easier, but freshly minced is more aromatic; use what works for you
- Tabasco – or your favorite hot sauce, like sriracha or Tapatío. Use as much or as little as you’d like
