Tools

Lemon Pepper Wings

Garnish

  • Lemon wedges
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and add to a large mixing bowl with oil, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, lemon zest, and about ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper, or to your taste. Stir to coat wings completely in oil seasoning.
  3. Working in batches, cook wings in a single, spaced-out layer for 10 minutes. Flip, then cook an additional 8-12 minutes, until crispy on the edges. Mine took 8 minutes.
  4. Transfer wings to a new mixing bowl and toss with melted butter, remaining 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. To serve: Pour leftover lemon pepper butter mix over plated lemon pepper wings. Sprinkle additional lemon pepper over wings to taste. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon and garnish with parsley.
  6. Goes great with Air Fryer Onion Rings, Air Fryer Potato Wedges, and Air Fryer French Fries!
