When I was a kid, my favorite condiments were sriracha and honey mustard. As an adult, I can proudly say I haven’t grown up on that front. At all. 😉 With this easy honey mustard dressing recipe, we’ll be combining two of my loves: sweet honey and tangy dijon mustard to make an easy salad dressing that also pairs well with appetizers and more as a dip!
You’ll soon be making everything taste better by serving this dressing on top, on the side, and by the spoonful with it!

It takes less than 2 minutes to make a spectacular salad dressing that starts with the tang of mustard, then smooths out to a sweet honeyed finish. It goes great with potatoes, salads, and more!

- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Honey
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Honey Mustard Dressing
It’s ridiculously easy to make honey mustard dressing.
Simply add all the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, and salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk it together until well mixed.
Add salt and pepper to taste. That’s all you have to do to make a creamy, tangy, and oh-so delicious homemade salad dressing!
What to Serve with Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Honey mustard salad dressing goes great with salads, but also works well as a dip for appetizers and a great condiment to add to any recipe to jazz it up!
- Salads: make a simple salad with a spring mix and drizzle this dressing on top. Or, make my incredible Christmas Salad (the salad in the photo above). ⬆
- Appetizers: serve your fave apps, from onion rings, french fries, potato wedges, and chicken nuggets with a bowl of this dressing.
