Merry Christmas Eve!! And happy holidays to you… wherever you are in the world, to whatever you are celebrating. 🙂 My family and I wish you a wonderful holiday, full of relaxation, love, laughter, and so much happiness.
Today, Erik and I are taking a break from it all, and wrapping up last minute gifts, finalizing a few last-minute goodies (mint chocolate muffins, fudge, peanut butter cookies) we want to bake, and putting the finishing touches on our holiday gift baskets.
We are so grateful to be spending the holidays with you, in the kitchen, creating, making, baking (and of course, no-baking) our way through the season! It’s truly been such a joy, sharing in these kitchen adventures with you. Here’s to another year of creating the healthy and satisfying treats our loved ones deserve (including ourselves hehe).

Merry Christmas Demeter! I am so glad I found your site! I just made your peppermint crunch fudge and your pecan fudge . They were both outstanding! Happy holidays to you and your family!! ☺ This Christmas was (it’s almost over here in Western Australia), was a hot one! We spent the afternoon cooling off at the pool in the 100 degrees temperature. They celebrate Boxing Day here, so tomorrow will be another holiday! I wonder what fun ideas you could come up with to celebrate Boxing Day…another holiday you could plan and bake for!!!!! Love your blog, I hope 2019 is another great one for you. .
