How to Make Buffalo Wings in an Air Fryer
Making buffalo wings in the air fryer is so easy. Just make sure to not overcrowd the wings–spread them out in a single, spaced-out layer. This will ensure that your buffalo wings are crispy!
1. Prepare the chicken: Pat dry chicken wings. Add wings to a bowl with onion powder, garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
2. Cook the wings: Preheat air fryer to 400°F and coat with cooking spray. Cook chicken wings in a single layer for about 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. Toss wings in sauce: In a bowl, whisk together butter, hot sauce, and lemon. Add wings and toss until very well coated. Serve air fryer buffalo chicken wings with ranch dressing, celery sticks and air fryer roasted potatoes (so good!).
