Quench your thirst with this super simple to make detoxifying cucumber mint water!


  • 7 cups cold, filtered water
  • 1 cup cucumber slices (about ½ medium cucumber)
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves


  1. Add water and cucumber slices to a medium-sized pitcher.
  2. Add fresh mint leaves to pitcher and stir until mixed.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, best if overnight.
  4. Pour into glasses. Sip and enjoy.
