Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe – Easy Ingredients
- Mayonnaise – the creamy base of Bonefish Grill bang bang sauce
- Thai sweet chili sauce – the sticky sweet portion of the sauce
- Sriracha – adds delicious spice, can be reduced or increased according to your preference
- Rice vinegar – adds a tangy sweetness to our take on the Bonefish Grill bang bang sauce recipe
- Shrimp – use large shrimp
- Oil – use canola oil or vegetable oil for frying, as they have a high burning point
- Buttermilk – tenderizes the shrimp & is a yummy “glue” for the cornstarch and Panko
- Cornstarch – adds a light and crispy crust after frying
- Panko breadcrumbs – adds the most amazing crisp and crunch to the fried shrimp
