Whiskey Sour Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 oz simple syrup, to taste
- For a Boston Sour, add an egg white
Garnish
- Lemon peel or orange slice and cocktail cherry
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup to taste.
- Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel or orange slice and cocktail cherry.
