Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste – start with 1/4 teaspoon each and adjust to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, optional but recommended
Optional Flavor Variations
- A lovely glaze:Homemade balsamic glaze (so good!)
- Creamy ‘n flavorful: Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- Sweet ‘n tangy: Honey Mustard Dressing (coming soon)
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Wash and slice Brussels sprouts into halves. Add to a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and garlic salt.
- Spray to coat the air fryer basket in cooking spray. Working in single layer batches, cook Brussel sprouts for 10-13 minutes, shaking halfway through. Mine took 12 minutes. Don’t worry if a few leaves get burned, that’s normal—you eat them or compost them.
- For optional toppings, toss hot Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with desired topping to coat. Or, serve with toppings as a drizzle or dip.
