Ingredients

Units Scale

Tools Needed

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste – start with 1/4 teaspoon each and adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, optional but recommended

Optional Flavor Variations

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Wash and slice Brussels sprouts into halves. Add to a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and garlic salt.
  3. Spray to coat the air fryer basket in cooking spray. Working in single layer batches, cook Brussel sprouts for 10-13 minutes, shaking halfway through. Mine took 12 minutes. Don’t worry if a few leaves get burned, that’s normal—you eat them or compost them.
  4. For optional toppings, toss hot Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with desired topping to coat. Or, serve with toppings as a drizzle or dip.
