  • 4 ½ oz premium reposado tequila
  • 4 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ to 2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 1 ½ oz simple syrup

Salted Rim

  • Coarse salt
  • Lime wedge

Garnish

  • Lime slices
  • Mandarin orange slices

——- For LARGER parties, follow the recipes below and use a large pitcher filled with ice. ——-

PITCHER 12 servings

  • 2 ¼ cups premium reposado tequila
  • 2 cups freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ to 1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • ¾ cup simple syrup

LARGE PITCHER 24 servings

  • 4 ½ cups premium reposado tequila
  • 4 cups freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
  • 1 ½ cups simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all Cadillac Margarita Ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice: tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and sweetener. Shake until very chilled and well mixed.
  2. Fill a small, shallow dish with coarse salt. Run the juicy side of the lime wedge against the rim of your margarita glasses. Then, hold the glass by the stem upside down, dipping the edge of the rim into the salt. Coat the rim completely.
  3. Strain margarita mixture into salt-rimmed margarita glasses. Garnish with a wedge of lime or mandarin orange slices. Sip and enjoy!
  4. For Larger recipes, make sure to use a large pitcher filled with ice. Then, you can add all ingredients and stir with a mixing spoon before serving, OR, pour the margarita mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, then shake and strain into margarita glasses (for the best flavor).
