What is a White Russian?

A White Russian is a cocktail drink that’s made with just 3 simple ingredients: vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream. The ingredients are stirred together in a rocks glass to chill it. A Keto White Russian is a low carb version of the traditional White Russian. We won’t be using any components that are high in carbs or sugar.

  • 12 oz low carb coffee liqueur
  • 1 splash to 2 oz heavy cream or low carb creamer*


  1. Fill a rocks glass (old fashioned glass) with ice.
  2. Add vodka and coffee liqueur.
  3. Top with cream.
  4. Stir and enjoy!


*You can use a low carb creamer such as Califia Farm’s unsweetened no sugar added Better Half made from coconut cream and almondmilk.
