Pumpkin Fluff Dip Ingredients

Pumpkin Fluff ingredients on a table including frozen whipped topping, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and instant vanilla pudding
  • Pumpkin puree: make sure to use 100% pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding: use the 5.1 ounce box and make sure it’s instant—this will quicken the process dramatically
  • Pumpkin pie spice: you could skip this to make 3 ingredient pumpkin fluff, but I highly recommend keeping it!
  • Frozen whipped topping: I like getting 2 8-ounce containers instead of one big container so the thawing process is smoother and quicker
