Let’s face it, eating fruit on a keto diet seems damn near impossible. So when I decided to start developing a keto berry smoothie, I figured I better get real comfortable with the list of keto-approved low carb fruits.

You’ll be pleased to hear that today’s keto smoothie is packed with berry coconut goodness—a nice balance between the fruits you’ve been craving and the healthy fats you need to keep you on the keto diet.

Are you ready to blend your way to keto berry smoothie yum? Let’s do this!

How to Make a Keto Berry Smoothie

This keto berry smoothie is super easy to make!

Add Ingredients

All you have to do is add all ingredients to a blender: vanilla almond milk, frozen mixed berries, ice cubes, MCT coconut oil, coconut cream and monkfruit.

Blend

Blend until smooth.

Enjoy

Enjoy your keto berry smoothie!

Low Carb Keto Ingredients For a Keto Smoothie

Check out the keto-friendly ingredients that I use in my keto smoothie recipe below. At just 3 net carbs per serving, you’ll love this refreshing & filling keto smoothie.

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Frozen Mixed Berries

Don’t know which berries are keto-friendly? I love using raspberries and blackberries because of their low carb count. With raspberries, you’re looking at just 5 net carbs for an entire cup.

Ice Cubes

MCT Coconut Oil

Coconut Cream

Coconut cream is a keto-friendly, deliciously low carb ingredient that adds creaminess to your smoothie, so you don’t miss out on the high carb creamy stuff.

Liquid Monkfruit

One of my favorite keto sweeteners. It’s low carb, comes in a convenient to use (and carry on the go) container and packs a sweet punch. All you need are a few drops to make your keto smoothie nice and sweet. Add a few more if you like.

Only 3 net carbs for this refreshing and filling keto berry coconut smoothie! Low Carb.

Sending you all my love and maybe even a dove, xo Demeter ❤️

Description

Keto Berry Coconut Smoothie: just 3 net carbs for a keto smoothie packed with berry coconut goodness!

Ingredients

Scale

Keto Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (raspberries & blackberries)*
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream, melted & warm
  • 8–12 drops liquid monkfruit

Optional

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder (here’s the one that I use, adds 2.5 net carbs and 10.5g protein per scoop)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender: milk, mixed berries, ice cubes, MCT oil, coconut cream, and liquid monkfruit drops. Here’s the personal blender that I use. To melt the coconut cream: measure & scoop into a small, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 10-second increments until completely melted and warmed. If you skip this step, the coconut cream may become hardened coconut chips in the smoothie.
  2. Close blender. Blend until smooth. Optionally, top with toasted coconut chips or keto chocolate chips. Enjoy immediately!

Don’t know which protein powder to use?  Here’s my vegan protein powder review.

Delicious! New to this programme, I find many recipes tasteless or too heavy with ingredients. Your smoothie is the right consistency and very refreshing.
