Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Ingredients

  1. Bananas – the riper the bananas, the sweeter the chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie. Ripen, then freeze bananas before making the smoothie.
  2. Milk – use any milk you’d like. Oatmilk is my fave because it’s creamy and sweet!
  3. Peanut Butter – natural, salted, unsalted–use what your body is calling for (and your pantry can answer lol).
  4. Cocoa Powder – unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder will do.
