It’s just, back then, when I thought of a no bake bite, I was like, “Wha??? What’s the deal with that? Is it weird and does it taste… ya know, no bake?”

Description
4 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Energy Bites Recipe (V, GF): an easy, one bowl recipe for irresistible no bake bites packed with peanut butter and chocolate flavor! They taste like Reese’s Peanut Butter truffles! Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Protein-Rich.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural, unsalted creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Clear some space in the freezer for this sheet. Set aside at room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, add peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour and cacao powder. Whisk as long as you can. When the mixture gets harder to stir, use a rubber spatula to fold until well incorporated. Fold until thickened.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop peanut butter balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Here are the 1-tablespoon and 2-tablespoon cookie scoops I use.

These are great! I made them in my food processor and rolled them into balls immediately. If you have a good food processor it saves you some time. Also I subbed Maltitol honey for the maple syrup and they still tasted great!

I made these with flaked coconut versus coconut flour and almond butter versus peanut butter the first time. The second time around I ground the unsweetened coconut flakes into flour and used peanut butter. I definitely prefer the almond butter. I need to get better cocoa, but I’m using up the Hershey’s that I had. I freeze them and keep in a baggy in the freezer for when I want something sweet. They taste great and keep me out of all of the unhealthy options.

Hi, I’m new to dairy free and never cooked unless it was out of a box before so, im learning. Question, what is the difference in coconut flour and regular flour besides gluten? I see recipes with coconut flour, almond flour, whole wheat flour, do I need to buy all these different flours??????
You have to cook regular flour for it to be food safe. Coconut is a safer option and has a better flavour for this recipe.
