How to Cook Salmon Bites in Air Fryer

Depending on the model of your air fryer, you may need to preheat it to 400°F. Skip if not needed.

Start by removing the skin from the salmon. Then, slice into 1-inch chunks and add to a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Next, drizzle salmon with olive oil, salt, garlic, paprika, thyme, cayenne, and black pepper. Toss to coat every salmon bite in seasonings and oil.

Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place salmon bites in a single, spaced-out layer for even cooking. Coat salmon bites in cooking spray.

Cook for about 6 minutes. That’s it!

How Long to Cook Salmon Bites in Air Fryer

Since salmon bites are cut much smaller than a fillet of salmon, the cook time is shorter. I recommend cooking salmon bites in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes at 400°F. Mine took just 6 minutes.
