Description
Smoky, creamy, and just a bit spicy, Chipotle Aioli is made in just 2 minutes! Hints of garlic, lemon and a few spices to highlight the incredible flavor. Great as a dip for appetizers or a spread on sandwiches and burgers!

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder or 1/2 tablespoon chipotle pepper, finely minced*
- Salt and pepper to taste, I used 1/8 teaspoon each
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of cumin
Instructions
- Combine all Chipotle Aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until very well mixed.
- Adjust the flavor by adding in more salt and pepper as desired. Increase the spice level by adding in more chipotle powder.
- Serve immediately or store chipotle aioli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
