Ingredients

- 2 ½ oz gin or vodka
- ½ oz dry vermouth or to taste
- optional: dash of orange or aromatic bitters
- ice
- lemon twist or 1-3 olives for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well mixed and chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Drop a lemon twist or olive skewer into the glass. Sip and enjoy!

For a large martini: double recipe for 1 large martini to fill something like this large martini glass.
