Creamy Parmesan Pasta Recipe Ingredients

  • Pasta: pick your favorite: ziti, angel hair, fettuccine, etc
  • Olive oil: use good quality extra virgin olive oil
  • Butter: use unsalted so you can customize this with the exact amount of saltiness you like
  • Garlic: freshly mince garlic or use prepared minced garlic to save time
  • All-purpose flour
  • Seasonings: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • Heavy cream & chicken broth: we’ll use both to create a base that’s creamy and flavorful. Can also use vegetable broth.
  • Parmesan: the star of the show! With 3/4 cup, we’ll make sure the garlic parmesan pasta sauce is tangy and cheesy without being too thick.
