Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice – I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup yogurt of choice – I used non-dairy vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender: milk, pineapple, bananas, and yogurt.
- Blend until smooth, making sure no chunks remain.
- Pour into two cups and enjoy!
