Sweet and tart pineapple chunks blend together with cozy bananas for this easy pineapple banana smoothie recipe. It’s sunshine in a glass!


  • 1 cup milk of choice – I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt of choice – I used non-dairy vanilla yogurt


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender: milk, pineapple, bananas, and yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth, making sure no chunks remain.
  3. Pour into two cups and enjoy!
