- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Add honey and water to a small or medium saucepan set over low heat—you just want to heat up the water and honey, not boil it.
- Whisking slowly, cook until honey completely dissolves and the mixture lightens up a bit—about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Notes
Storing Instructions: Store honey syrup in an airtight container for about 1 month.
