Low Carb Keto Ingredients For a Keto Smoothie
Check out the keto-friendly ingredients that I use in my keto smoothie recipe below. At just 3 net carbs per serving, you’ll love this refreshing & filling keto smoothie.
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Frozen Mixed Berries
Don’t know which berries are keto-friendly? I love using raspberries and blackberries because of their low carb count. With raspberries, you’re looking at just 5 net carbs for an entire cup.
Ice Cubes
MCT Coconut Oil
Coconut Cream
Coconut cream is a keto-friendly, deliciously low carb ingredient that adds creaminess to your smoothie, so you don’t miss out on the high carb creamy stuff.
Liquid Monkfruit
One of my favorite keto sweeteners. It’s low carb, comes in a convenient to use (and carry on the go) container and packs a sweet punch. All you need are a few drops to make your keto smoothie nice and sweet. Add a few more if you like.
Only 3 net carbs for this refreshing and filling keto berry coconut smoothie! Low Carb.

Keto Berry Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
Keto Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries, raspberries & blackberries*
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream, melted & warm
- 8-12 drops liquid monkfruit
Optional
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder, here’s the one that I use, adds 2.5 net carbs and 10.5g protein per scoop
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender: milk, mixed berries, ice cubes, MCT oil, coconut cream, and liquid monkfruit drops. Here’s the personal blender that I use. To melt the coconut cream: measure & scoop into a small, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 10-second increments until completely melted and warmed. If you skip this step, the coconut cream may become hardened coconut chips in the smoothie.
- Close blender. Blend until smooth. Optionally, top with toasted coconut chips or keto chocolate chips. Enjoy immediately!

Delicious! New to this programme, I find many recipes tasteless or too heavy with ingredients. Your smoothie is the right consistency and very refreshing.
Thatโs so great to hear! Glad you enjoyed it!
The berry coconut combo is DELICIOUS!
I know! It’s so delightful and always hits the spot. ๐
