Mango Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened milk – you can substitute some of the milk with a splash of orange juice for added sweetness and flavor.
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Optional
- 1–3 drops stevia or liquid monkfruit for sweetness
Instructions
- Add mangoes, pineapple, milk, and yogurt into a high speed blender. You can also substitute some of the milk with orange juice for extra sweetness and an added bright, citrusy flavor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Then, add sweetener if needed and blend until well incorporated.
- Pour into two smoothie glasses and enjoy!

To make Vegan: Use non-dairy milk and vegan yogurt.
