Description

This simple and delicious strawberry smoothie is made with oat milk, soy or almond milk for a refreshing fruit-filled blended treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk of choice, more as needed – use oat milk, soy milk, almond milk or your favorite milk
  • ¼ cup vanilla non-dairy yogurt

Optional


Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, milk and yogurt to a good blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Feel free to add in a bit more milk to thin it out, as needed.
  3. If desired, add in extracts or sweeteners for enhanced flavor.
  4. Pour into cup(s) and enjoy!
