- 4 medium bananas, ripened and frozen
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional Toppings
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Natural peanut butter for drizzling
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: frozen bananas, milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
- Optionally, top with whipped cream, chocolate, and peanut butter.
