Vegan Milkshake
- 3 cups frozen mangoes
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.66 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
Optional Toppings
- Dairy-free whip
- Mangoes
Instructions
- Add mangoes to a blender or food processor. Blend until crumbly.
- Add coconut milk and maple syrup, if using, blending until smooth, thick and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Pour into two milkshake glasses. Optional: top with coconut whip and mango pieces. Enjoy!
